I designed “Crafting a New You!” ™ Self Empowering toolkits because there are times when life circumstances bring us face to face with emotions that we have difficulty knowing how to process. The toolkit uses a holistic approach to healing, with a compilation of tools and exercises that I use in my practice with clients.  It’s like having your own personal Life Coach 'in a Box’.

 

 

 I use the term ‘crafting’ because our self empowerment and spiritual growth is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) process just like making any craft.  It’s handmade and it’s unique for each person.  Think of it as a creative, innovative design process.

 

DIY "Crafting a New You"™ kits are available if you choose to work with the tools on your own.  Each kit comes complete with a 22 page instruction manual, support materials and a customized flower essence mix designed to catalyze the change you are looking to create.
